Opening: Inside Sales Representative - FTE, Portland
Our software product company is searching for a superhero inside sales representative for our downtown Portland office. Specifically, we're looking for someone to actively call potentially new customers using a script and a provided leads list. This superhero needs to have a hands-on attitude, great verbal skills and not be afraid of the phone.
During the first year of this job, this superhero will work closely with our sales and marketing team to develop working knowledge of our business and our customers and parlay learned knowledge to gain customer trust. This superhero should expect to be on the phone five to six hours each day.

- 2+ years of inside sales or telemarketing experience
- Intermediate client-oriented writing skills (please provide a writing sample)
- Willingness to record relevant customer interactions in our web-based CRM package
- Ability to work full time (40-45 hours a week)
- Intermediate computer skills utilizing popular software like Microsoft Office, Google Apps, PDF tools, and similar
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google, Wikipedia
- Demonstrable public speaking or presentation skills
- Knowledge of the Agile software development industry
